Inspection is not a final gate. It is the process.
On structural EV components, a tolerance failure is a vehicle-level event. Every stage of our production carries measurement — not because a checklist demands it, but because the part demands it.

Specifications validated before production runs
Our Chennai R&D team resolves tolerance stacks and material behaviour before a single production run begins. Revisions happen in the lab, not on the line.
25 years of automotive manufacturing discipline means our quality protocols are not derived from a manual — they are built from direct consequence. Material science advances; our specifications track it.

Measurement embedded at every production stage
Incoming material, in-process machining, sub-assembly fit, and final structural check — each carries a documented measurement record. No stage relies on the next to catch its error.
For EV chassis components, dimensional conformance is verified against programme-specific tolerances using calibrated gauging, CMM inspection, and weld-integrity checks aligned to Tier-1 supply chain requirements.

PPAP & Customer-Specific Requirements
CMM inspection, go/no-go gauge verification, and weld integrity testing are standard across EV chassis and structural component production. Results are traceable to part serial and batch records.
Our QMS is structured to satisfy IATF 16949-aligned supplier audit criteria. Documentation, corrective action, and process control records are maintained and available for customer review.
Production part approval documentation is prepared per programme requirements. Customer-specific quality plans are accommodated at the programme onboarding stage before first article submission.
Supplier qualification teams can request our full quality documentation package, inspection records, and process capability data directly.
